1. Store Information

The online store operates at www.setgroom.pl. The store owner is Wiktoria Tomanek, operating a business located at ul. Gen. Jerzego Ziętka 66/2/6, 41-940 Piekary Śląskie, NIP: 4980279615, REGON: 542025888. Email contact: setgroomm@gmail.com. The seller is not a VAT payer.

2. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed through the store's website 24/7. After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation by email. The order is processed after payment is credited.

3. Payments

Available payment methods supported by Shopify Pay are: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and fast online transfers.

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Platforms are handmade after an order is placed.
Fulfillment time:

• platforms with rubber – up to 5 business days,
• platforms with tartan – up to 10 business days.

The shipping cost within Poland is PLN 20.
International shipping is possible after prior email contact to determine costs.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies but assists in resolving the matter.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract and Returns

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
This right does not apply to platforms made to a special size for the customer, which are not part of the store's standard offer, regardless of the chosen material.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a message to setgroomm@gmail.com. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

6. Complaints

If the received platform has a defect, the customer can file a complaint at setgroomm@gmail.com. The complaint will be processed within 14 days. If accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced, or a refund will be issued.

7. Personal Data Protection

Customer personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The data administrator is Wiktoria Tomanek. Data is not transferred to third parties other than courier companies performing delivery. The customer has the right to inspect their data, correct it, or request its deletion.

8. Final Provisions

The store reserves the right to change the regulations. Polish law applies to contracts concluded with the seller. In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act apply.
